Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Ododo, has urged unity among the people of the state to foster peaceful coexistence amidst diverse interests. Addressing the public on the occasion of Eid El-Fitr, Governor Ododo emphasized the paramount importance of security and vowed to safeguard lives and property across the state.
At the Okene Central Eid Prayer ground, the governor reiterated his administration’s commitment to tackling recent security challenges, urging those sowing seeds of discord to abandon their divisive actions. He applauded President Bola Tinubu’s leadership and assured citizens of an inclusive environment under his governance.
Governor Ododo pledged to prioritize peace, progress, and prosperity for all residents, affirming his administration’s adherence to servant leadership principles. “Let us embrace unity and compassion, driving us towards a brighter future,” he urged.
