The protesters were presented in court in two groups: the first included 76 individuals, with 32 minors among them, while the second comprised 43 individuals.
Justice Obiora Egwuatu struck out the case after the counsel for the Attorney General of the Federation, M.D. Abubakar, filed a request to take over and withdraw the charges.
