The new ministers include Idi Maiha as Minister of Livestock Development, Yusuf Ata as Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Suwaiba Ahmad as Minister of State for Education, and Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, all of whom were sworn in during the first batch.
In the second batch, President Tinubu administered the oath to Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, who will lead the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment; Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda, appointed Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction; and Muhammadu Dingyadi, who assumes the role of Minister of Labour and Employment.
The appointments follow a significant cabinet reshuffle on October 23, in which President Tinubu reassigned 10 ministers, dismissed five others, and nominated these seven new ministers.
