In a landmark move set to redefine African travel, Finchglow Holidays, Nigeria’s leading name in curated tours, has entered into a strategic partnership with Ethiopian Airlines and Ethiopian Holidays.
This alliance promises Nigerian travellers a gateway to Ethiopia’s hidden treasures, from ancient UNESCO heritage sites to breathtaking landscapes and vibrant cities, all wrapped in expertly designed tour packages.
Beyond convenience, this collaboration includes in-country visa facilitation, ensuring Nigerians can access Ethiopia with greater ease.
Speaking on the development, Head of Business at Finchglow Holidays, Oluwaseun Afolabi, said Nigerians are increasingly seeking new and underexplored destinations.
Ethiopia, he noted, offers some of the most captivating experiences on the continent and this partnership opens that door wide while deepening cultural exchange between both nations.
Ethiopian Airlines Area Manager, Firiehiwot Mekonnen, described Nigeria as a key market for the airline, stressing that Ethiopia should be experienced not as a mere stopover but as a destination worth immersing in.
She revealed that two Memorandums of Understanding have been signed, one to provide packages and excursions, and another to simplify the visa process.
Group Managing Director of Finchglow Holdings, Bankole Bernard, stressed the wider industry impact, saying the collaboration not only cements Finchglow Holidays’ leadership in Nigeria’s tourism space but also contributes significantly to strengthening Africa’s aviation ecosystem.
